Peanut butter

PEANUT BUTTER - Very nice BUT Lyme disease and coinfection sufferers should not have peanuts or peanut butter for it is a fungi plant and like processed cheeses will hinder or even make a person allergic and unable to get over there lyme illness anything yeast. Breads, Wine, alcohol which goes through a fermentation process. Lyme bacteria thrive on these fungi, yeast, bacteria families. which means thin is in for lyme sufferers. And if you find yourself being sensitive to yeast products and you never had that issue before perhaps you should take note of the changes and mention it to your doctor. Don't forget, If they say well your just getting older or there is no such thing as Lyme. I could go on and if you would like to see some recipes or purchase a made for lyme sufferers recipe book. You can go to www.ahope4lyme.org and have a look ------- Now I want a peanut butter sandwich.
