THROUGH CHALLENGE and Lyme Disease

Infants and lyme

   Hello again,
I have been talking with a friend from across the pond that has mentioned a link that I had given her sometime ago. It had to do with a connection between research of Lyme and a link with Autism. My friend who is a mother suffers with arthritis, daughter 1 has arthritis, epilepsy, palpitations etc. Daughter 2 has Lyme. Son 1 has ADHD, Son 2 has Autism.
Well I haven't heard that Epilepsy could be a misdiagnosis. But I have had experience with Lyme Arthritis, Heart issues, Anxiety disorder, Depression, and many more issues with Lyme. As I understand Epilepsy little. I do know it is a brain chemical imbalance or something of that nature. My point is that when Lyme gets into the brain it can mimic many ailments in a child and fool the medical community as I feel it happens often. I have seen and know families with three generations of test positive late stage lyme. I have heard different stories recently with infants and lyme. I am convinced that these children are born with the disease, which means their mothers were infected before or after they were conceived. I was told by another lyme friend just recently how she has discovered that her young child has been suffering lyme and can now seek help for him. The young appear to do better with treatments from what I understand although it took some time. There is still far more to understand about infant lyme as it is with any lyme sufferer and until mainstream medicine excepts late stage lyme and improves early stage treatment of lyme as they prefer to call it. There is going to be much misdiagnosed illnesses. To find help and understand lyme better. you can try www.ilads.org. Or our local www.ahope4lyme.org
